Message to our Customers Regarding COVID-19:


UPDATE:  August 10, 2021

We are knowledgeable about wood furniture, but not experts on the transmission of viruses, so we continue to follow guidelines and recommendations set by the CDC.  All employees are fully vaccinated against COVID, so if a customer visiting our store wants to wear a mask or not, we respect that choice.  Please check back for updates to our COVID policy as it is subject to change without notice.  We will continue to do what we can to keep both our customers and employees as safe as possible.  We are all experiencing this together and trying our best during this situation, so thank you for your understanding.


UPDATE:  March 25, 2021

We continue to follow guidelines and recommendations set by the CDC, since they are knowledgeable about infectious viruses.  Therefore we still require customers to wear a nose and mouth covering mask while visiting our store in person. We look forward to the time we no longer need to wear masks, but for the time being, we are doing what we can to keep both our customers and employees as safe as possible so we are erring on the side of caution.  We appreciate your understanding.


UPDATE:  June 20, 2020

Good news - Our store is still open with hours Monday - Saturday, 10 AM - 5 PM, and we still make other hours available by appointment. Per the current mandate with the City of Mesa and Maricopa County, in order to limit the spread of COVID-19 from asymptomatic or unknowing carriers, visitors to the store must wear a mask "that fully covers their mouth and nose."  This nose AND mouth specificity is likely part of the mandate because a mask that only covers the mouth isn't going to help if someone sneezes inadvertently....and we all want to be as safe as possible during a pandemic.  We wish you all wellness.  Thank you for your help and understanding.


UPDATE: May 11, 2020

YAY! Our walk-in store is now open with hours Monday - Saturday, 10 AM - 5 PM.  For other hours, we are also available by appointment by calling us at 480-962-9930.  We are practicing common sense precautions as recommended by our state and federal sources like the CDC, so if you visit our showroom, please wear a mask and practice safe physical distancing. We want to ensure a safe shopping experience as possible for everyone.  Thank you, from our family to yours.


UPDATE: May 4, 2020

May 4 - Starting today, our walk-in store is OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY until FRIDAY MAY 8.  We are following the Arizona Governor's current orders to help stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus.  Our walk-in store will be open again May 8 unless the governor changes his orders.  The hours shown below are business hours that will be in effect May 8.  If visiting our showroom, please WEAR A MASK for consideration of the safety of other customers and our staff.  If you are unwell, please stay home.  We are undertaking common sense precautions given by the CDC, WHO, and our state to keep our customers and staff as safe as possible.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we do our best to ensure a safe shopping experience for everyone.

Dear Customers,

During this extraordinary time, we want to thank you for the business you’ve given us over the years and assure you that we are doing our part to help stop the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).  We are monitoring and following the guidelines given by the CDC and World Health Organization as well as our state and local governments to keep our customers and ourselves as safe as possible.

Due to Arizona Governor Ducey’s COVID-19 Executive Order 2020-18, all non-essential businesses in Arizona must close at 5 PM March 31 so that employees can stay at home to help stop the spread of the virus during this pandemic.

Our walk-in store will be closed from April 1 - April 30, per the governor’s state-wide order. We will be open again May 1 unless the governor extends the timeline.

But please keep in mind - due to COVID-19 restrictions which currently vary by state, various builders have had to close their workshops temporarily, so production times have been delayed for some of our builders, as well as our shippers.  We give our best estimate of production times, but we are not responsible for delays in production nor delivery caused by government restrictions and mandates that are beyond our control.  The situation is always changing so we will update customers on ETAs as best we can, and we ask for your patience. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they understand that delays are possible in production and/or shipping.
